Family Plaza Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy. We are dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care to all of our patients. Customer service is our #1 priority!

We are located at the Holy Cross Jordan Valley Medical Center campus in West Jordan. We have been providing outstanding customer service to our patients and customers since 1983.

We absolutely love working with our patients. We provide a full spectrum retail pharmacy service with a smile. Whether you need a simple prescription filled, a compounded prescription, vaccination, medications organized (bubble packed) or a delivery we are here for you.

We are also a hospice pharmacy. Here at Family Plaza Pharmacy we service hospice agencies and our mutual hospice patients. We have a large team that focus solely on hospice care. We use technology that allows for fast efficient communication between the hospice agency and the pharmacy. This saves a lot of time and money. We go out of our way to make sure that we provide excellent customer service and a very professional experience.
